All ammunition warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. In order to initiate a claim, please contact our Customer Service Department at CS@MinutemanMunitions.com with your ammunition lot number and the details of your issue including the firearm make and model. NOTE: If you do not have the lot number we CANNOT process your claim. Be sure to retain lot numbers in the event there is an issue with your ammo. All Minuteman Munitions ammunition is warranted against material and workmanship defects for up to one (1) year from the purchase date. During the warranty period, we will (at our sole discretion) repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any defective part or product covered by this warranty when it is returned by the original owner with proof of purchase. All ammunition warranty claims must have a Return Authorization (RA) number assigned before acceptance at our facility for further examination. Please DO NOT send ammunition without obtaining a RA number from our Customer Service Department. NOTE: This warranty does not cover products damaged or rendered defective due to accident, misuse, abuse, modification, water damage, neglect, reloading, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow instructions for use. Prices and/or specifications are subject to change without notice. Warranty valid to original purchaser only, and applies exclusively to products purchased through the Minuteman Munitions website or an authorized dealer.

    I started shooting MM about a few months ago and lets just say I am spending less and less on cleaning supplies for my AR pistol ever since shooting this brand.     I just recently purchased a case of .223 along with a case of 9mm. The ammo performs exactly as it should. I have experienced zero malfunctions and the accuracy is great.     Great ammo at a great price

    Ordered 1000 rounds last week, showed up nicely packaged in heavy duty boxes a few days later. Sent a few hundred rounds down range this week at targets set up at 100 yards, all rounds hit the target just as youd expect from any premium ammo. I sent 50 rounds or so in a slow controlled fashion and all grouped excellently. No feed problems, no inconsistent powder issues, no ftf. I will order from them again.
